Post expire 3.0.12

These are MODs already released but have had to be updated to the latest version (for whatever reason) to carry on working and installing with Automod.
Forum rules
MODs in this forum have been updated to 3.0.12 and later for any number of reasons; Author too busy/not supporting the MOD, edits etc have been posted somewhere on phpbb.com but are not being applied automatically with Automod; maybe subsilver2 has been added. Whatever the reason, it's why these MODs are here.

No, that should be it, if you go to /install/index.php you can double check that the tables have been altered

Ok.
I have just two more questions before I attempt the installation again>

1) Should I you go to /install/index.php before I forced the install with automod or after that?
2) When I unzip the zip mode file should I upload it like that or I have to get into that folder and upload the one that is inside?

1. Just click the link, the only reason to go to /install is to check it installed, clicking the link does the same thing.
2, No need to unzip it, just upload the zip.

Hi,

I don't know where I had made the mistake previously but I finally succeeded.
However, it seems that there is a small bug somewhere that causes double lines.
Whatever I change I get this in the picture.
Any advice?

Yay :) Getting there....In viewforum_body.html check the edits in the file, it has to be doubled up.

It's this in viewforum_body.html

Code: Select all

               <br /><!-- IF topicrow.TOPIC_EXPIRE --><strong>{L_TOPIC_WILL_EXPIRE} [{topicrow.L_TOPIC_EXPIRE_TYPE}]:</strong> {topicrow.TOPIC_EXPIRE}<!-- ENDIF -->

around line 147, you must have it twice.

Yes, in viewforum_body.html
Find

Code: Select all

<li class="row<!-- IF topicrow.S_CHANGE_COLOUR --> bg3

change bg3 to bg4

In theme/colours.css
Find

Code: Select all

.bg3   { background-color: #cadceb; }

Add after

Code: Select all

.bg4   { background-color: #FFFFFF; }

This will change the background to white (#FFFFFF) just change that color to whatever you want.

It works like a charm :D
Mate this is awesome, I still cannot believe I have such a good mod installed :lol:

I just saw that the messages that I get in my e-mail inbox when you reply are fully exposed :shock: Is there a mod that can be installed for this? It would be also extremely useful.

I have this mod installed long time. Now i see that it will not work correctly.
It deletes instead of moving. Move is enabled.

I try the mod in a fresh phpBB 3.0.12 with the same effect.

Please help.

John, I don´t know what you mean.
I enabled the Mod to move to another Forum. For example to Forum "Older".
The Forum "Older" exist.

When replying to an edited post, you seem to see all edits instead of just the final version, its weird and confusing when trying to go back and read what was posted earlier...
